BusinessCode spendet für Hochwasserhilfe an DLRG Bonn

Since the storm-related flood disaster on the night of July 14 to July 15, 2021, the DLRG has been tirelessly deployed at crisis sites in Heimerzheim, Odendorf, Miel, Erftstadt, Rheinbach, and the Ahr Valley. BusinessCode supports this work through donations.
On the night of June 14 to June 15, heavy storm-like rainfall caused severe flooding in large parts of North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate, as well as in southern and eastern Germany. Numerous basements, apartments, and houses were flooded, with many partially or completely destroyed. Livelihoods were threatened, and entire villages and areas were cut off from civilization.
From the first hours of the storm, the DLRG District Bonn e.V. and its emergency personnel were active throughout the region, rescuing hundreds of people from their emergencies. The emergency teams worked for hours without pause until complete exhaustion, saving lives.
The work of the DLRG is entirely funded by donations and membership fees and receives no support from public funds.
BusinessCode has been repeatedly involved regionally in various projects for years, and this time we want to honor the work of the numerous specialists and workers of the DLRG. As a company headquartered in Bonn, it is close to our hearts to support those affected in the disaster areas and the helpers in their work. With our donation, we want to contribute to securing the work of the DLRG in the future.
BusinessCode expresses deep sympathy to those affected and the greatest praise and admiration to the DLRG personnel and all other organizations present for their commitment.
