Natalie Olenberger: Meine Karriere bei BusinessCode

My name is Natalie Olenberger, I am 37 years old, and since May 2023, I have been working as a certified accountant at BusinessCode.

The main reason I chose BusinessCode was the prospect of new challenges. I saw this as the right path for my professional development. Additionally, the flexible working hours and the possibility of working from home spoke in favor of BusinessCode. The good working atmosphere and the strong corporate culture were further advantages.

I am currently still in the onboarding phase. Every day brings new insights, and I am continuously learning. In addition, I am completing further training to become a payroll accountant, as I will also be taking over this area in the coming months, for which BusinessCode is responsible.

At the moment, we are in the process of introducing a new accounting program, and I am intensively familiarizing myself with this software. During the transition phase, I provide the necessary documents for bookkeeping to the tax office. Additionally, I participate in training courses on payroll accounting.

What I particularly appreciate about BusinessCode is the opportunity to work independently as well as the engagement with new processes and programs.

To get started successfully at BusinessCode, it is important to navigate new processes and programs and to be able to work independently. Furthermore, one should have a willingness to continue learning, as the requirements and tasks in our dynamic work environment are constantly evolving.

In five years, I still want to be part of the company because I was looking for a long-term professional perspective. My personal goal is to develop my expertise further and to reach a higher level of competence.
