Digitalization in Five Steps

5 questions for your individual digitalization roadmap:

• Stocktake: Where does your company stand? What digital infrastructure exists today? What is missing?
• Define action needs: Which goals do you want to achieve through the planned digitalization of your company? What must you do to reach them?
• Determine resource needs: What technical equipment is required? How can you involve your employees? Do you need new specialists? What can be handled with internal resources? What external support is required?
• Keep finances in view: What costs will arise? Can funding be applied for? Where can you get such funding? Who could be a possible financing partner?
• Plan implementation: Check the impact of the changeover on operations as well as on clients and recipients. Inform all stakeholders and prepare leaders and employees for the changes.
